Ibukun Akinrinade

Postdoctoral Fellow

Ibukun is a Postdoctoral fellow in the lab. She obtained her PhD from the Gulbenkian Institute of Science in Portugal where she trained with Prof. Rui Oliveira (Integrative behavioural biology lab). For her PhD thesis, she studied the role of oxytocin in the regulation of social information use in threat perception. She is currently studying stress circuits and social interactions using behaviour, optogenetics, and fiber photometry.
